1.Target
Support sales and key account team to win new customers and projects
? Supplier development needs
? Fair attending
? Website searching
? Project involving

? price and commercial negotiation
? Other tasks assigned by the company
2. Main Task / additional task
? Looking for potential suppliers via fair and website
? Identify potential supplier and conduct supplier selection, audit and approval procedure, lead the whole sourcing actives in business and new project
? Developing and improving suppliers capability, initiation new cooperation modes with suppliers to reduce supply and logistic cost
? Monitoring and evaluation suppliers performance and corrective improvement actions to enhance supplier quality and efficiency

The employee is responsible for new supplier development and working under purchasing manager
4. Requirements for employments
? 5 years’ work experience in raw material (metal and plastic),mechanical and electrical parts and components. Fasteners background will be more considered
? Has the rich experience of supplier visiting
? Good English skills (oral and written)
? Good social and communication skills
? Filing document and organization
? Physical and mental health
? Team spirit
5. Professional requirements
? Knowledge of manufacturing process
? Education of mechanical engineering or material engineering
6. Social and communication requirements

? Capability of independent decision making

Understanding and interest of business strategy of b&m Group
Fulltime employment 40 h per week, daily from 8 a.m.-5p.m. including lunch, normally no labor during weekends, holidays according to government law
