Position Title: Admin Assistant 行政助理 （招收残障人士）
Location: Shanghai / Beijing

Job description:
1. Provide secretarial support to partner, senior managers, managers and other colleagues:
2. Make travel arrangements, including fare, hotel, transportation, etc.
3. Maintain and purchase of office consumables / equipment / software; keep office clean and ensure supply of food, drink and stationary
4. Maintain a safe working environment for all staff by properly arranging office layout, checking condition of fire-protection equipment and ensuring proper use of electric appliance
5. Translate documents when needed
6. Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner, and help clients connect with the right departments / managers / associates
7. Provide IT support when needed
8. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by managers

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Fluency in both written and spoken English
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills, friendly and cheerful, with appropriate common sense and flexibility
4. Diligent and patient, capable of dealing with multi-tasks in an organized and detailed manner
5. Self-motivated, well-organized and stress-resistant, with good problem solving skills
6. Aptitude in standard computer software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Able to independently deal with emergency issues in a quick, calm and assertive manner
8. Disabled persons are welcomed.
