职位描述：
1）协助制定和及时修订公司绩效考核制度、优秀员工&团队评选方案，并负责协调跟进具体制度流程的推进落实情况、及时反馈落实进度和改进建议；
2）协助绩效考核体系的建设和改进工作，进一步规范绩效管理各项流程；
3）协助各部门制定和改进部门及各岗位的绩效指标，及时反馈落实进度和改进建议；
4）负责组织新员工试用期转正考核、协助月度绩效考核及年度绩效考评工作；负责协调落实公司年度个人及团队的评优等相关工作的按时完成；
5）协助处理被考核者的投诉、复议申请及相关后续工作；
6）协助公司福利制度的制定工作，协调、落实执行公司福利政策；
7）按照公司相关规定，统计各科室考勤，确定人员月工资扣罚金额，并及时通知财务部相关人员落实执行；
8）执行公司的薪资计划及相关的统计等工作，定期进行市场调查研究，确保公司的薪酬福利政策具有竞争力；
9）负责落实公司员工各种福利费、慰问费、奖励费发放工作。严格遵守人力资源职业道德规范，严守薪资保密信息；

and gynecology specialists, affiliated with several preeminent medical institutions in New York. Huashun Worldwide Medical Center is a subsidiary of Shanghai Huashan Hospital affiliated with Fudan University.

   ASGOP’s founding mission is to introduce American standard Ob/Gyn services to China, staffed by certified specialists from the U.S. and China and equipped by state-of-the-art technology and equipment.
