职位描述：
Qualifications: Strong commercial and technical aptitude to support product sales in China. Good Communication skills, oral and written, in English and Mandarin. Knowledge of Business Concepts including basic accounting. Sales skills. Independent, people oriented with positive attitude. Flexible working hours.
Experience: Preferred candidates will have an engineering background with the ability to read CAD drawings and blueprints. A minimum five (5) year’s experience in the machine tool and / or cutting tool fields is required. Also, candidates should have excellent skills in selecting, applying, and troubleshooting carbide and PCD round tools in the industrial manufacturing operations.
Initial Activities:
? Visit corporate headquarters in USA for product line training.
? Work with top management to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plan
? Creation of the Chinese product line and Catalog, contracting with technical translation, graphic design firms and commercial printers.
? Planning an initial stocking order and an inventory stocking plan to support the catalog.
? Creation of some new metric products to be made in China by local suppliers
? Plan and attend Trade shows in China.
? Identify cost effective advertising and place advertisements within established budgets
? Help headquarters identify, qualify and train sub distributors in major cities. Provide technical sales support on the product line
? Respond to sales inquiries from China, channeling them through sub distributors if appropriate. 举报 分享
