职位描述：
POSITION SUMMARY:

BS/Master degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
      Strong knowledge in ATE equipment [handler] and process.
      Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
      Good problem solving and analytical skills.
      With capability to guide maintenance team to give commitment to company goals and team goals.
      Has strong ownership and self-motivated.
      Good interpersonal and communication skill

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Describe the specific roles and responsibilities of the position)
? Work out Equipment work instruction
? New equipment set-up & buy-off per product and process requirement.
? Support equipment continuous improvement on OEE, MTBA, MTBF, Yield, and Quality.
? To support production equipment Line Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance.
? Overall manage machine maintenance activity.
? Train on machine technical & related instrument operation for technicians.
? Work out safety inventory for spare parts control.
? Continuous cost control.

REQUIREMENTS: (Set out the qualifications, experience and functional skills/competencies that are essential for the position)
Qualifications, experience
? University Graduate and major in the electromechanical or college who has Maintains experience.
? At least 8 years working experience in related machine troubleshooting, memory tester experience is preferred.
? Familiar with TECHWING ATE system is preferred.
? Technical Expert capacity extension for test Equipment and process.
? Good quality sense, good analysis skill and reporting skill.
? Good team spirit and ability to work under high pressure.
? Strong ownership sense and self-motivation.
? Good computer skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Generic & Functional Skills / competencies
? English communication capabilities in speaking and writing
? Familiar with Statistical tool, such as JMP, SPC, etc.
? Have knowledge TS16949/ISO14001/OHSAS/ISO9000
