职位描述
工作职责：
1. 负责货物进出保税区的备案、报关和其他海关申报事项，确保货物进出符合保税区政策；
2. 负责海关物流监控系统和加工贸易电子帐册的操作与维护，确保海关系统数据的准确，并每月与仓库核对确认海关数据物、帐的一致性；
3. 保存并记录所有登记、备案和报关的信息和文件，配合公司免抵退业务以及其他相关业务准备相关文件和资料；
4. 就报关和发货事宜联系和协调公司客户服务团队，安排发货计划，及时完成发货所需的申报和确认，以及相关发货安排；
5. 随时了解保税区海关政策的变化，及时向部门经理报告并提出建议；
6. 参与公司SOA、出口合规、FCPA、ESH、ISO9001等体系的工作，确保关务工作符合公司政策及法律法规要求；
7. 完成部门经理或公司领导交办的其他工作。
职位要求：
1. 商务、物流或国际贸易类大学专科以上学历；
2. 2年以上物流工作经验，了解海空运输、进出口、报关、加工贸易等业务知识，具有较强的操作能力；
3. 良好的沟通和学习能力，英语CET-4或以上水平，读写流利；
4. 熟练使用电脑，熟悉办公自动化；
5. 具有团队合作精神，能够承受工作压力。
