职位描述：
Company: TECHNOCHINA Industries Co., Ltd. – ALTYOR Group

TECHNOCHINA, an ALTYOR Group’s subsidiary, is a French industrial company specialized in the contract design & manufacturing of multi-technology products; mainly in IoT (various areas: safety, health, music, home automation...) for European/US market. The company currently employs around 200 people.


Job Responsibilities:

Major actor of the NPI team led by the project manager, the Packaging Project Engineer focuses on the development of all packaging parts included in the finished products (color box, user guide, thermoformed trays, custom stickers…).

1. Analyze customer specifications and communicate with supplier to make sure requirements have been taken into account.
2. Conduct a feasibility review with the supplier based on artworks, die cuts, 2D/3D files.
3. Monitor printing and packaging process at supplier site, inspect parts at all process steps and write a trial run report.
4. Analyze samples, write action plan and follow it with supplier until full validation.
5. Attend finished product assembly trial run to verify finished product conformity and process efficiency.
6. Support other departments for quality issues related to packaging spare parts.


Job Requirements

1. Degree in Packaging Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
2. Understanding of packaging material (carton, foam, stickers, printed material) manufacturing process, properties and specifications
3. 3 year experience in OEM/manufacturing Company as packaging engineer
4. Written and spoken English
5. Accrued proactivity, dynamism, organization, autonomy, communication & coordination, team-spirit skills & Customer oriented.
