职位描述：
Responsibilities职责:
1. Responsible for key person development plan. Assistant operation team to develop shop floor management skill continuously.负责关键人员发展计划，协助运营团队持续发展现场管理技能
2. Responsible for successor of key person development plan. 负责关键人员的继承者的发展计划
3. Set up key person career path 建立关键人员的职业通道
4. Deeply know people development status, evaluate and clear development for HR深入了解人员发展状况，评估并明确组织与人才发展对HR的需求
5. Responsible for the company's core talents combing, assessment, management, and optimization 负责公司核心人才梳理、评估、管理、定期回顾优化
6. Responsible for talent development and cultivate the design and implementation of the project, to assist the business training project implementation负责相关人才发展及培育项目的设计及实施，协助业务培训项目实施
7. Responsible for competency model design, building and operating负责胜任力模型设计、构建及运营
8. Responsible for staff promotion, promotion channels establishment and implementation, to ensure the talent chain process smoothly 负责员工晋升，晋级通道建立及实施，确保人才链条流程顺畅
9. Provide people development related training 给予人员发展相关的培训
10. Other tasks assigned by superior 上级指派的其他工作

Requirements要求:
1. Major in Human Resource management, Business Administration, and more than 5 years experience in Multi-national manufacturing company or Joint Venture Company
人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业本科及以上专业，5年以上大型制造业跨国公司或合资企业人力资源经验
2. HR certification or other certification related with HR management will be preferred
持人事上岗证或人力资源管理师证书为佳
3. Good team work and focus on detail and people oriented
优秀的团队协作能力,细致认真及亲和力强
4. Excellent English skill especially oral 英文良好，特别是口语
5. Excellent Office skill, especially in PPT and Excel
熟练使用Office办公软件，尤其擅长PPT及EXCEL
6. Good at coordinating and solving relations between the employer and the employee
