职位描述
Responsibilities
1. To be a key person to coordinate and communicate between foreign party and Chinese party.
2. To be responsible for the completion of projects within negotiating of contract, assembling project team, identifying appropriate resources needed, controlling budgetary and scheduling, ensuring project deliverables.
3. To be responsible for project quality, programme, cost and safety management
4. To generate any solution for project delay or quality defects, and other design & construction activities to be amended
5. To regularly observe team performance and provide right working guidance for everyone
6. To be charge of the monitoring of project filing, reporting, and meeting system application
7. To prepare technical document of proposal and participate the employer interview, coordinate with function department to get new project
8.Familiar with bridge facade decoration installation.
Education & Qualification
1. University Degree of Project Management or related engineering education background
2. Certified National Construction Project Manager preferable.
Knowledge & Experience
1. At least 3-5 years project management experience
2. Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management for express way, Industrial, High Rise Building, Retail, Shopping Mall, studium and etc.
3. Knowledge of design management
4. Knowledge of tendering process management
5. Good application of contract document.
6. Good skill of project programme scheduling & monitoring
7. Top leadership of team for site construction & safety management
8. Good interpersonal and communication skills, academic writing skill for project reports
9. Office software, Autocad, Microsoft Project and other necessary software skills
10. Able to work under pressure, be willing to travel
11. Good command of spoken and written in English
