General Duties 主要职责：

This position is responsible for developing & extends market in China. Assist sales director improve sales & get more business.
该职位负责扩展中国大陆的业务。协助销售总监提升该区域内的销售额和业务量。处理该区域内的所有业务。


Specific Duties and Responsibilities 专项责任和职责：

1. Assist Sales Director to make yearly sales target, process yearly sales plan.
协助销售总监制定年度销售目标，执行公司年度销售计划；
2. Responsible for develop and gain new customers in China, make sales strategy & control budget.
负责开拓中国大陆的新客户，制订销售策略和控制销售预算；
3. Searching potential new customer, making competitive project & building relationship with new customer.
寻找潜在目标客户，出具具有竞争力的项目方案，并和新客户建立关系
4. Responsible for marketing information processing, making plan & reporting to Sales Director
负责市场信息整理，制定相应对策并及时向销售总监汇报；
5. Responsible for enhance the brand and awareness of comepack in China, including marketing activities if necessary
负责提高中国大陆内康派克的品牌意识，包括所有必要的营销活动。
6. Responsible for support any work requested from comepack Shanghai HQ
负责支持任何康派克上海总部要求的工作。
7. Needs to follow the orders from comepack Shanghai HQ
必须根据康派克上海总部的安排进行工作
8. Follow the comepack working way including standards and procedures
遵守康派克公司所有的规章制度
9. Signing an NDA for SOP’s
遵守公司的保密协议。
10. Should be flexible with his time based on the customer and sales director request.
根据客户和销售总监的要求，灵活调配时间
11. Should be able to achieve projects by himself from the very beginning until signing the contract or receiving the order from customer.
