Main Responsibilities
? Model development and commission on HiL to support Vehicle Simulator validation.
? ECU function Model development.
? Design and update diagnostic and network system test case per system spec.
? Perform diagnostic and network validation on bench/buck/vehicle.
? Review diagnostic and network validation test report submitted by supplier.
? Issue management for diagnostic and network system.
? Vehicle Launch support & problem solving for diagnostic and network system.
Qualification Requirements
? Bachelor or above degree in Electronics Engineering, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, &Computer Engineering
? 3+ years of professional experience in vehicle E/E function simulation and modeling, E/E system development and validation, or software engineering;
? Very good knowledge of vehicle electric system functionality and test methodology.
? Be familiar with vehicle architecture and CAN/LIN communication protocol & Diagnostic strategy
? Good knowledge on simulation and modeling techniques (Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow).
? Knowledge in HiL validation.
? Experience in EV/PHEV system development is a plus.
? Knowledge of ECU/actuator/sensor hardware interface/signal configuration.
? Proficient in using CAN tools such as CANoe, CANAnalyzer, Vehicle Spy.
? Familiar with FMEA and Problem solving (i.e. 8-D) disciplines.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)
? Knowledge in project management with timing control, reporting.
? Excellent written and spoken English.
? Team work and good communication skill.
