Main accountabilities
1. Active and independent development & evaluation of the Asian window profiles market; Implementation of Business Unit strategy as agreed with Head of Commercial; Achieve turnover and sales quantities according budgets.
2. Active acquisition of orders and intensive contact with customers (customer visits, product/application advice, joint visits to end customers) to increase turnover and sales volume sustainably.
3. Gain new customers and increase supply share at existing customers to improve position on the market.
4. Research and identify further prospective clients (expansion of market know how and updating market data with the master plan).
5. Collection of accounts receivables.
6. Implementation and negotiation of price adjustments in line with guidance provided by Head of Sales; Planning, execution and evaluation of customer visits ;Reporting (visit report, CAS, master plan) ;Coordination and troubleshooting of quality complaints and other issues.
Requirement of special knowledge / technical skills
1. Enjoy contact with customers
2. Willingness to travel frequently
3. Result oriented with strong passion for sales
4. Computer skills MS Office
5. Above-average English Knowledge
6. Affinity to technical issues
7. Strong communication skills
8. Self-assertion
