Job Purpose

Focusing on daily operation of cashier; keeping real, accurate record of currency.

Job Responsibilities

- Reponsible for all cash and bank in-out of Fabio Perini Shanghai.

- Petty cash, Traveling expenses checking and reimbursement of Fabio Perini Shanghai.

- Daily voucher input on the basis of the cash/bank occurrence accordingly.

- Monthly bank reconciliation report of Koerber Engineering Shanghai.

- Monthly invoices issuing of Koerber Engineering Shanghai.

- Cooperation with other departments and providing information as request.

- Other tasks given by manager or supervisor.
