职位描述：
负责一或多项项目管理、负责项目规划与执行、以及项目资源管理
负责公司内部测试与验证等知识管理，项目拓展，及培养内部员工
直接负责与客户方联络，维护项目质量及客户反馈
总结项目进程，负责周/月例行项目报告及参与相关会议报告
带领团队按时完成项目目标和计划
理解并分析产品需求、规格说明、设计与架构文档系统
基于系统文件和流程图创建测试方案，以确保整个系统的有效性；包括执行理想路径（Happy Path）、发现边缘情况以及潜在错误场景
整理归档已执行的测试方案并进行需求跟踪矩阵 （ Requirements Traceability Matrix）的维护
熟悉根本原因分析方法(Root Cause Analysis, Failure Mode Effects Analysis, 8D Reporting) 支持客户方问题解决法与进行持续性改进
通过分析数据、应用检测工具以及基于事实依据的建议系统地对客户提供支持

职位要求：
工程、自动化、计算机相关专业本科或以上学历
五年以上相关工作经验
有汽车电子、 车联网、 航空电子、 通讯或互联网行业等相关经验
有团队领导经验，团队合作能力强，能带领团队完成目标
有相关工程或咨询项目管理经验
具有良好的沟通技巧
善于分析，逻辑性强，能不断思考，改进现状，以成功完成目标
责任心强，拥有独立完成工作的能力
有整车厂 OEM 或 一阶/二阶供应商 (Tier-1/Tier-2 Supplier)汽车行业相关经验者优先考虑
流利商业英语沟通能力(听写以及表达)
有商业德语沟通能力者(听写以及表达) 为佳
熟练运用 Jira 与 Confluence 云端软件者为佳
熟练运用办公自动化软件 (MS Office Suite)
可接受出差 (<50%)
