职位描述：
Supervision, Inspection and Expediting of Supplier development process, Fabrication & Shipments of equipment, goods and materials purchased in China and to be utilized by Vale, or its affiliates, on its projects and operations worldwide.
? Responsible to assess H&S conditions in Workshops and Ports and provide visibility about risks to be avoided by the quality team and its 3rd part inspection companies.
? Responsible to proceed with the weekly safety talk with third party inspection companies to review H&S risks.
? Responsible to build quality knowledge about new categories in China, identifying what is quality relevant for specific manufacturing processes.
? Responsible to support local procurement team in the supplier development processes, assessing supplier quality system and providing technical inputs for procurement strategy definition.
? Responsible to assess and compare suppliers’ quality systems in order to provide technical inputs for procurement strategy definition.
? Responsible to interface with Internal Clients (Engineer Teams, Projects, Operations and others) in order to carryout inspection in line with their expectations and guidance, as well as deploy and follow-up supplier development processes according to ITP (Inspection & Testing Plan) and/or other guidelines.
? Responsible to deploy Vale’s quality processes and monitor overall quality of manufacturing processes.
? Responsible to follow-up shipments and identify risks to the cargo and anomalies on the packaging.
? Responsible to issue Manufacturing and Shipping Reports in English to provide visibility about these processes to Procurement and Internal Clients.
? Responsible to manage third party inspection companies in the activities of workshop inspection, NDT and Shipping Processes.
? Responsible to monitor overall supplier risks and identify critical information about internal movements and roadblocks that might require actions from Vale.
? Responsible to inspect all relevant manufacturing processes that will assure the final product quality.
? Responsible to support Contract Management in China, interacting with all relevant stakeholders using all necessary management tools in order to assure that all issues are being addressed and providing visibility about eventual roadblocks.
? Responsible to collect and formalize all relevant quality data to allow traceability and lessons learned to be captured.
? Responsible to witness Destructive and Non-Destructive tests (as defined in ITO and other relevant documents) and provide visibility to relevant stakeholders.
? Responsible to implement, respect, deploy and follow all relevant guidelines related to Vale’s Code of Ethics, as well as all other relevant guidelines from Vale. Using all relevant Channels to provide visibility to the company, in case of any misconduct.
? Responsible for the evaluation of the results obtained while the work is being carried out, including the generation of supplier performance indicators in order to give feedback to the Procurement area, plus optimizing the procedures for carrying out the activity; 举报 分享
