职位描述：
参与产品开发、测试和运营
制定项目计划，并组织内部团队、客户和供应商按计划完成任务
管理多个供应商在同一技术平台上进行产品开发和运营
与测试团队、开发团队、项目管理团队合作，参与产品设计，并共同发现、解决产品问题
深入理解产品需求、规格说明、设计与架构文档系统
建立产品开发及运营的相关流程，并维护系统
负责与客户工程、制造与管理部门的联络
熟悉根本原因分析方法(Root Cause Analysis, Failure Mode Effects Analysis, 8D Reporting) 支持客户方问题解决法与进行持续性改进

职位要求：
工程、自动化、计算机相关专业本科或以上学历
1-3 年相关工作经验或优秀硕士应届毕业生
流利商业英语沟通能力(听写以及表达)
熟练运用办公自动化软件 (MS Office Suite)
具有良好的沟通技巧
具有良好的沟通技巧
善于分析，逻辑性强，能不断思考，改进现状，以成功完成目标
责任心强，拥有独立完成工作的能力
团队合作能力强，能在团对环境内完成目标
可接受出差 (<25%)
有汽车电子、 车联网、 航空电子、 通讯或互联网相关行业等经验
有整车厂 OEM 或 一阶/二阶供货商 (Tier-1/Tier-2 Supplier)汽车行业相关经验者优先考虑
熟练运用 Jira 与 Confluence 云端软件者为佳
有商业德语沟通能力者(听写以及表达) 为佳
