Business Development - Entry Level, Amazing Opportunity for the right candidate!
Are you a hardworking, go-getter, with a passion for sales & marketing and developing business?

Seeking fluent native English speaker for position in sales & marketing role. Previous sales/marketing experience a bonus, but not absolutely necessary. Australian or British also a bonus.

Easy Imex an established Shanghai based trading company (www.easyimex.com) is seeking an entry level business development/marketing manager who will be responsible for developing potential prospects into paying clients.

Experience not necessary – but a thirst for personal development and capacity to learn new tasks quickly a major requirement. You will be given significant sales & marketing responsibility very quickly if proven capable.

The role includes the following:-
? Calling new prospects by phone, primarily UK, Australian and USA prospects – and converting to paying clients
? Follow up phone/email calls to potential prospects
? Replying by email to website enquiries to convert in paying clients
? Managing the CRM database and improving on its current functions
For the right candidate the position will gradually extend into a business development role:-
? Developing and handling the needs of key clients
Preparing regular monthly newsletter (content and photo gathering) which is emailed to existing database of 10,000+
? Managing adwords account and preparing reports generated through google analytics
? Making incremental improvements to website, including new content and working with digital marketing team

Entry level salary negotiable, but between 8,000-20,000RMB per month.

For the right candidate after an initial period of 6 months there would be an opportunity to focus purely on developing large Accounts and the financial rewards for this role would result in $70,000 - $100,000 USD per year.
