岗位职责：
1． 根据年度业务指标，制定可行性的执行计划，并定期回顾分析，为部门整体达标做出努力；
2． 技巧性地探寻、挖掘客户的真正需求，准确理解客户的目标和意图；
3． 能够帮助客户制定产品的医学市场策略及沟通策略；
4． 独立带领医学编辑组成作业团队，撰写或部分撰写项目方案、现场提案、与客户沟通；
5． 重点负责3 - 4个医学领域（如肿瘤、心血管、消化、呼吸等）产品和项目，带领团队完成各项写作任务，并与客户进行全程有效沟通；
6． 负责3 - 4个医学领域的知识管理，定期完成领域内重点内容（如指南、重点文献、产品推广资料等）收集、整理及内容分析；
7． 全程质量监管与把控，合理进行时间管理和资源管理，保证作业项目的质量，维持客户满意度；
8． 给予公司其他部门医学支持，分析客户的学术需求、帮助医药产品定位及策略制定，与专家及制药企业等进行学术沟通；
9． 必要时需完成其他领域的作业项目，具体由医学总监安排协调；
10． 人员管理：对医学编辑的日常管理、培训及作业指导，使每位新进医学编辑最迟在半年内达到独立作业的能力和水平；
11． 协助医学部总监进行部门日常管理、业务培训和部门利润的统计汇报；
12． 营造积极向上、团结奋进、高效率的团队氛围；
13． 向医学部总监负责，并定期做工作汇报；
14． 每周向上级汇报工作情况(Status)。
15． 遵守公司及部门的各项规章制度；
任职要求：
1． 医学、药学或生物免疫等专业正规医学院校毕业，硕士研究生及以上学历；；
2． 具有3-5年的外企医学部或专业医学编辑工作经验，有市场营销知识并熟悉医学市场策略的制定和流程者优先；
3． 较强的各类医学编辑功底（PPT、DA、学术文章等），熟练掌握医学内容的翻译、撰写、编辑、校对等技巧；
4． 具有较好的策划、逻辑分析能力及业务学习能力；
5． 大学英语六级以上，英文听说读写能力强，有海外留学背景或相关工作经验者优先考虑；；
6． 较强的文献检索和计算机操作能力，能熟练使用各种办公软件，并充分利用网络资源进行工作，快速而准确地获取所需资料并进行汇总整理；
7． 高度的责任心和团队合作精神，良好沟通领悟能力，敢于承担责任，抗压能力强，认真负责，追求细节，较强的执行力及行动力，有一定的管理能力；
8． 思维活跃，知识面较宽，创新能力强；
