Role and Responsibilities:
- 根据活动概念策划方案；
- 会场、场所、宴会和演出方案调研；
- 管理并完成整个活动的执行统筹工作，包括：评估项目成本和时间节点，带领项目人员完成项目特定执行任务；
- 配合设计团队的活动设计，如平面设计、3D渲染等；
- 控制活动预算、活动费用及供应商

Requirements:
- 拥有五年以上活动管理经验，至少3年试驾活动；有赛车场试驾活动经验者优先（上海国际赛车场、珠海国际赛车场、北京金港国际赛车场、成都国际赛车场）；
- 熟练使用Office软件，包括PowerPoint, Excel and Word；
- 必须具备英语听说读写技能；
- 具备团队合作精神，能够与他人合作实现特定目标；
- 注重细节，具备优秀的组织能力，能够有效管理多项任务；能够独立完成活动的执行统筹工作；
- 具备良好的领导能力和解决问题能力；
- 适应在多元文化环境中工作；
- 适应出差

Role and Responsibilities:

- Develop event proposals according to event concept.
- Research on venues, locations, catering and entertainment solutions.
- Prepare for all aspects of an event: Plan event costs, event timelines, coordinate personnel and execute specific event tasks.
- Coordinate with design team for event design, such as graphics, 3D rendering etc.
- Manage event budget, event expense and sub-vendors.

Requirements:

- 5 years’ event management experience, with at least 3 years’ experience with test drive events. Experience with test drive event at Racing Tracks is preferred. (Shanghai International Circuit, Zhuhai International Circuit, Beijing Goldenport Circuit, Chengdu Goldenport Circuit)
- Experienced with office software, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- English skills in reading, writing and speaking are a must.
- A team player who is capable of collaborating with others to achieve specific objectives.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills and ability to effectively manage multi tasks. Ability to work independently.
- Good leadership, excellent problem solving skills.
- Must be comfortable working in multi-cultural environment.
- Willing to travel.
