职位描述：
一、岗位职责：
1、负责招聘需求核实及招聘工作落实开展；
2、负责新员工的培训及工作引导；　
2、指导人事录用、考勤统计、社保交纳、劳动关系处理、劳动合同的签订等；　　
3、负责公司内部员工档案的建立与管理；
4、组织制定、执行、监督和完善公司人力资源管理各项规章制度；
5、负责与其他部门的协调工作，做好信息的上传下达；
6、负责日常行政事宜，及内外部公共关系处理；　
7、负责采购办公用品，员工宿舍安排管理，一系列的报销流程的拟定；
8、完成上级领导交办的各项工作及突发事件的处理等。

二、任职要求：
1、人力资源管理及行政管理相关专业大专以上学历；
2、五年以上人事行政相关管理经验；
3、对人力资源管理各个职能模块均有较深入认识，熟悉国家相关的政策、法律法规；
4、很强的计划性和实施执行的能力；有亲和力，阳光心态，责任心、事业心；
5、具备良好的人际交往能力、组织协调能力、沟通能力以及解决复杂问题的能力。
6、良好的团队协作精神，品行端正，有亲和力，具有很强的判断与决策能力，计划和协调能力、组织及公关能力；
7、英文书面及口语流利等。
