2、负责执行公司日常各项行政事务；

3、负责配合人力资源管理部门落实招聘、考勤、档案、考核及费用等相关辅助工作；

4、负责公司招聘网站的管理，做到及时更新。

5、及时更新服务器中的各类报表；每月提交相关工作报表。

6、建立、维护并更新员工档案负责日常招工、退工手续，员工工伤认定、理赔及居住证的办理手续等；

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，人事行政专业优秀，形象气质佳；

2、熟悉行政类工作流程，熟练运用OFFICE办公软件；
