职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. 负责模具维修保养工作以支持日常生产需要Proceed tool maintenance and repair operation for all daily tool room functions to support the ongoing production needs.
2. 编制模具维修保养作业指导书；建立和执行模具维修保养计划Creating tooling maintenance instruction documents; Responsible for tooling maintenance plan setup and implement.
3. 负责生产中所有的模具方面的支持工作，包括修模和模具调整Responsible for supporting production in all tooling aspects including repair or tooling adjustment
4. 按全年客户生产预测制定各级模具预防性维护计划，并负责实施According to the customer production forecast to develop and proceed mold preventive maintenance at all levels throughout the year
5. 建立和维护与所有必要的模具零件，持续维护现有的和新的模具程序和所需耗材Set up and maintain tool crib with all parts necessary for the ongoing maintenance of existing and new tooling programs, and tool room consumables
6. 控制维修成本，维修成本的收集，并分析根本原因和制定行动计划。Control maintenance cost, maintenance cost collection, root cause analysis and action plan making
7. 能够快速处理生产过程中模具出现的问题点able to deal with tools occurring on the production in time.
8. 为模具制定保养计划和备件清单。preparation of maintenance schedules spare parts lists f tools.
9. 协助生产及其他部门的工作Support other colleague from other department.
10. 保持一个安全、整洁的现场环境Ensures a safe clean working environment.
11. 汇报给设备经理并完成上级临时分配的工作Report to tooling manager and finish the temporary job from leader.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. 高中以上学历Senior high school degree above.
2. 5年以上的塑料模具维护维修工作经验5+ years’ experience on plastic mold maintenance
3. 熟悉机加工操作（车、磨、铣），钳工操作/装配的基本技能。know the machinery process (milling, grinding, Lathe, etc.). have basic skill of machine tool assembly.
4. 良好的沟通技巧和人际关系处理经验Good communication and interpersonal skills experience. 举报 分享
