The Position

 
We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and detail-oriented candidate with strong organizational and communication skills. This person will be responsible for operational activities for our marketplace team, such as partner relationship management, inventory management, shipment & return handling etc.

 
The right candidate will learn cross-departmental skills and be essential in the growth and upkeep of marketplace partnerships. This person will be working closely with departments as customer service, marketing and supply chain. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in china marketplace activities.

Tasks and Responsibilities:


Monitor inventory quality & quantity
Handle shipments, returns, invoices etc
Manage marketplace channels assigned by CN market manager, such as JD, Amazon, Tmall and others to increase sales and conversions
Maintain a strong Partner relationship and promotion opportunities.
Introduce new brand / product to the existing channels
Other support activities.
20% of time will be supporting front-desk management for any administrative activities.

对产品跟踪管理（包括质量与数量）
产品发货，处理退货，开具发票等
在中国市场经理领导下开展市场渠道管理，例如京东、亚马逊、天猫等，增加销量和转化率
挖掘和拓展商务伙伴与合作机会
向已有渠道引进新品牌/新产品
其他支持辅助工作
将有20%的时间辅助公司前台的行政管理工作
 

The Candidate

 
Exceptional communication skills in English and Chinese (oral and written)
Enthusiastic attitude and a team player
Service oriented mindset
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to organize multiple tasks, effectively meet deadlines and display high attention to detail
Must be able to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively and display a high degree of common sense
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Demonstrate sound work ethics and ability to work with confidential information, tight deadlines and in a fast-paced high-energy environment.
