职位职能: Quantity Surveyor工程造价师/预结算员
职位描述:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for formulation of tender strategies, preparation of tender and contract documents and advise clients in tender assessment and evaluation
2. Developing cost plans, project budget, estimation of quantities and final account
3. Assist Commercial Manager in contract negotiations, cost analysis, budget control, variations
4. Contract administration including certifying interim payments and variation, advise PM on contract issues

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Degree in QS or related disciplines with professional membership
2. HKIS or MRICS qualification preferred
3. Minimum 5 years experience in QS China experience
4. QS consultancy background in Hotel and Commercial buildings would be an advantage
5. Proficient in Chinese and English. Candidates with less experience will also be considered as QS

职位要求：
1. 工程造价管理或相关专业本科毕业
2. 3年以上相关工作经验
3. 具有酒店及商业方面工料测量顾问经验者优先
4. 具有香港测量师学会或MRICS资格者优先
5. 精通中英文
