interim manager

阶段性管理工作(半年)

Responsibility

  • Preparation of monthly financial report, providing management and adequate
    understanding of the performance of the business
  • Preparation of annual statutory accounts in compliance with external and internal guidelines.
  • Preparation of the annual financial reporting package to the German
    Headquarters, based on German valuation principles and reporting requirement.
  • External communication with and reporting to auditors, tax authorities and other
    bodies that need to be supplied with financial or statistical information.
  • Control function of cash flow and costs
  • Budgeting and forecasting process, including management of discrepancies
    between budget and actual.
  • Be in charge of financial operation and strategies, including accounting,
    management, financial plans, financial procedures, internal auditing, property and
    cost control.
  • Proactive approach in development of procedures that will improve efficient of
    financial department.

工作职责:

  • 编写每月的管理报告,其中包括对业务表现的充分理解和管理

Requirement

  • A graduate with a degree in accounting or finance, ACCA or MBA is preferred
  • At least 8 years working experiences, including 3 years management working
    experience gained from multinational manufacturing company.
  • SAP experience a must
  • A thorough financial background in manufacturing company.
  • A leader and a good team player with the ability to work and communicate
    effectively with other executives.
  • Good communication and cooperation capability, good relationship with
    government such as tax bureau, bank, foreign currency administration bureau
    etc.
  • High standard for accuracy and quality
  • Must be highly proficient in communication in English and Mandarin.
  • Experienced of a range of different functions, takes accounts of all the different
    functions in developing strategy and plans.
  • Maintains high ethical standards, shows integrity and fairness.

能力要求:

  • 会计或财务本科毕业,ACCA 或MBA 优先

  • 至少8 年以上工作经验,包括3 年跨国制造公司管理工作经验

  • 必须熟悉SAP 系统
