职位描述
岗位职责
1、负责Financeren公司培训业务部；
2、负责Financeren training Club会员的推广；
3、负责客户开发，渠道维护；
4、建设、发展、宣传企业文化。
任职资格
1、大专以上学历；
2、三年以上培训管理与组织实施经验；
3、精通现代企业经营管理理念及管理技术，熟悉管理培训资源，管理咨询培训流程及关键步骤；
4、具有较强的亲和力和敬业精神，为人正直、诚实，性格开朗；
5、思维敏捷，具有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力及分析问题、解决问题的能力，良好的文字和语言表达能力；
6、英语良好者优先。
