职位描述：
1、 进行简历筛选及人才测试、面试、筛选、录用等工作；
2、依据招聘任务，合理开展工作，按要求完成任务；
3、在日常工作中协助梳理招聘流程；
4、及时沟通、反馈部门招聘的招聘需求，协助经理进行招聘规划；
5、汇总各招聘渠及其他与招聘相关的数据，并进行日常维护；
6、协助完善人员调配、储备工作。

任职要求：
1、对教育行业了解，优先考虑；
2、优秀的沟通能力，高度的服务意识与责任心，出色的执行力与职业素养；
3、熟练使用办公软件；
4、良好的抗压能力；

I Shine English originates from Taiwan and has been operated on mainland China for a few years now. I-Shine’s achievements have been covered by several leading international Media, such as “Business Weekly”.
