Responsibilities:

- Manage office samples including incoming and outgoing samples and samples storage at external warehouse as per sample management process

- Assist Sourcing/QA teams to clear sample sequestered by the Customs

- Assist Sourcing/QA teams to keep accurate labeling and recording of samples

- Ensure office area is always in a tidy condition

- Keep record of both international and domestic courier expenses by department, and manage courier vendors and costs

- All packing materials are properly stored and the unwanted cart disposed timely

- Coordinate service providers for office construction project

- Assist HR Manager to fulfill the aim of annual vendor cost savings

- Maintain an efficient and accurate filing system

- Other office tasks as required by HR Manager.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years' experience in multinational companies at similar position, preferred with sourcing office or trading company

- Good PC skill

- Good at oral and written English

- Detailed, good at organisation & coordination, good team player
