Accountability:

Play a key role in developing HR services for the organization by increasing recruiting efficiency and quality while decreasing cycle-time to fill positions.

Responsibilities:

? Manage and implement recruitment strategies and plans in the company

? Conducts talents needs analysis within each department based on the first business needs, and designs related recruiting plan and submit for approval

? Manage the whole recruiting process, from initial vacancies advertisement, CV screen, interview arrangements, interviews, suitable candidates short-list nomination, reference check to candidate offer management and employment management

? Work closely with line managers to implement and evaluate the recruiting process to increase the recruitment efficiency and to decrease the recruitment costs

? Track, analysis and report recruitment/staffing reports, including hiring report, position forecast report, recruiting cost tracking, channel effective analysis etc to closely monitor the recruitments in the company

? Maintain and develop recruitment database on the intranet

? Establish and manage the relationship with external search firms and advertising agencies to ensure the whole recruitment process efficiency

? Conduct market research to know about the approaches to attracting, using, retaining and educating talents by the firms within the same industry. Provides related information to help company's leaders to design and adjust the strategies of human resources

? Analyzes the reasons of employee dismissal, to find out the primary reasons of employee turnover and provide appropriate suggestion for human resources management of the company

? Responsible to educate and train hiring managers on the relevant knowledge and techniques of talent selection

? Manages and coaches the staffs in the staffing function

Requirements:

? University graduated or above

? Above 3 years HR experience focusing on recruitment. Extensive recruitment experience is required

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English

? Excellent computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc

? Strong project management skills in staffing

? Strong influencing skills with ability to operate effectively within a matrix environment

? Familiar with Chinese Labor Laws and Regulations

? Hardworking, integrity, open minded and team player spirit

? Good interpersonal skill and negotiation skill

? Self-initiative, flexible, well-organized, Independent and detail oriented

? Ability to handle various tasks independently under pressure

? Strong sense of confidentiality and service, quick response and efficient working style
