Responsibilities
o Fully support learning and development in the company
o Provide support in various training facilitation process
o Coordinate, schedule and arrange facilities for training.
o Training Documents Filing and Management like Staff training files mgt, updates and etc
o Provide fully support in various talent development programs
o Provide support in yearly TNA (Training Needs Analysis)
o Conduct parts of New Hire Orientation
o Manage the training process in ESS platform
o Manage the data, process and updates on company future e-Learning platform
o Acts as a support fielding questions and issues from staff related to the training and training systems
o Other work task as assigned in the team

Requirement
o University graduation
o 2 or 3+ years working experience in leaning, training and development function in FIE or MNCs
o Good communication and negotiation skill
o Enjoy Sharing and keep Open Mind
o Proactive, easy going and can work under pressure
