职位描述：

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)



Assist R&D manager to finish routine lab work and support R&D manager’s projects.

Conduct routine experiments with the guide of supervisor.

Conduct daily operation/maintenance on lab equipments with the guide of supervisor.

Maintain lab chemicals under safety and sufficient amount with guide of supervisor.

Maintain lab housekeeping.

On-time delivering test results and updates.

Maintain lab/personal EHSS.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件 (education, language, expertise, functional competencies)



Preferred bachelor degree or above on chemistry or chemical engineering, preferable with synthesis or polymerization experience.

Good at read/write in English.

Hands on equipment maintenance experience is preferred

Willing to learn and change, optimistic attitude

Self-motivated and team work spirit

Basic skill for documentation
