KEY JOB FUNCTIONS 主要工作职责
岗位职责：
1、按照公司的标准质量流程执行质量保证活动；
2、协助公司内部和供应商的质量体系审核；
3、协助实施新顾客对公司进行的潜在供方质量能力审核；
4、负责质量体系标准操作程序及相关工艺作业指导书的更新；
5、定期组织现场审核，对问题点进行跟踪，验证改善措施的有效性；
6、汇总项目执行信息，并按质量目标进行评估；
7、负责客户质量投诉及纠正预防措施；
8、日常的体系内容进行监督和维护；协助新体系文件的建立、培训和推行
Responsibilities:
1、Perform quality assurance activities according to the quality standard procedures;
2、Assist in-company and supplier annual quality system audit;
3、Assist new customer audit for potential supplier's quality system audit;
4、In charge of quality system SOP and related process working instruction's update;
5、Organize site audit in period, follow up the audit problem and do the efficiency analysis of correction;
6、Collecting project execution information and do assessement according to quality objectives;
7、Deal with customers' quality complaint and corrective and preventive action;
8、Supervise and maintain of quality system;support new system documents' setup,training and carrying out.
任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，工程、生命科学或生物相关专业；
2、两年以上质量体系、质量管理工作经验
3、熟练的英语书面及口语能力，能用英文流利交流；
4、具有良好的沟通协调能力，责任心强，良好团队合作精神；
5、熟悉基本的电脑软件工具，如文字处理和电子表格
Job Requirement:
1、Bachelor degree in engineer or life science or biological;
2、2+ years of relevant experience in quality system and quality management;
3、Excellent English both in writing and orally
4、Good communication skill，high responsibility and good team spirit.
