Accountabilities1. Process daily accounts payable activities for overseas and domestic vendor , employee reimbursement, complies to company policy and ensure all requests are in line with the standard process2. Check and verify the related payment supporting documents for the overseas and domestic vendors3. Maintain payment voucher in SAP system in ensuring compliance of all accounting transactions and activities of the organization in accordance with appropriate accounting standards (policies, processes and procedures)4. Talk to SAFE bureau/Bank if any payment needs to be delayed and follow the related procedure5. Perform monthly close process, ensuring that the account payable is well maintained and closed out in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner6. Prepare the account reconciliation and analysis AP aging to ensure that there is no unidentified overdue7. Maintain vendor master data in SAP8. Tracking and analysis the Open PO status9. Prepare payment proposal / Schedule on time 10. Other related finance and accounting activities.

Job Responsibilities: 1. University graduated, major in accounting or finance2. Min. 3 years relevant working experience especially for A/P in the Manufacture Company3. Knowledge of finance, accounting, and control principles including U.S. GAAP4. Knowledge of ERP systems and office software and SAP is preferred5. Good inter-personal communications skills6. Good command of English, both oral and written
