Key Accountabilities

1) Process accounting activities including system billing, revenue cutoff, VAT invoices issuing.

2) Prepare reconciliations of VAT, AR aging, and other account reconciliation related with AR, and ensure proper follow-up

3) Manage cash applications, making sure that all cash receipts and notes are applied properly.

4) Customer Master data maintenance in SAP

5) Assist accounting manager to resolve unforseen issues in AR process

6) Manage Fixed Assets and follow the CAR procedure

7) Strictly follow the internal control policies and procedures

8) Other related finance and accounting activities.


Skills, Knowledge & Experience

1) Education: Bachelor in accounting or finance

2) Experience: Min. 2 year relevant working experience

3) Knowledge of finance, accounting, and control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

4) Knowledge of SAP and office software

5) Good inter-personal and communications skills

6) Good command of English & Mandarin
