Overview
The HiCz Materials Sales and Tech Support Manager - Asia will focus on:
-Determination of market needs / development of voice of customer regarding semi-conductor grade silicon used in the photovoltaic industry
-Identifying, building relationships and closing sales of HiCz silicon materials to relevant customer partners in China
-Investigation of adjacent market opportunities for GT Advanced Technologies HiCz materials
-Assisting China equipment sales team to identify and convert materials customers to equipment buyers
-Providing technical support before and after equipment sales




Requirements
A four-year degree in Engineering, Materials Science or related discipline
An advanced degree is preferred
Experience in crystal growth technology
Background in CZ technology a plus
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
Experience utilizing analytical characterization equipment
Ability to travel in China, throughout Asia and to the US
Strong business acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to work well as part of a team
