岗位职责

1、开发及维护客户；

2、完成当月销售指标和有效的负责跟进公司客户；

3、负责公司产品资料的整理以及寄发；

4、国外客户下单后跟踪订单的生产进度，处理后续单证报关，发货，订舱等具体事务及事宜；

5、协助公司进行展会的开展，组织及接待等工作。


任职资格

1、大专及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语类相关专业；

2、1年以上外贸相关领域工作经验，有通过阿里巴巴平台找客户经验, 能够处理好外贸函电；

3、了解进出口业务流程，熟悉外贸进出口业务环节；

4、具备良好的英语听说读写能力，熟练运用各种办公软件；

5、有展会经验，形象气质佳，熟悉商务礼仪常识。

6、具备较好的沟通、协调及执行能力，工作踏实认真、应对快捷敏锐，责任心强。

7 、有电梯行业工作经验者优先考虑。



Job responsibilities

1, Development and maintenance customers and clinets;

2,Ccomplete the monthly sales target and effective responsible to follow up company customers;

3, Responsible for the products documents collection and ensure send to customers;

4, Tracking order and speed up the production progress and subsequent processing documents customs declaration, shipping, bookings such specific affairs and affairs;

5, Assist company for exhibition, the launch of the organization and reception, etc.

6, Complete the company to arrange related work.



Job requirements:

1, College graduate or above, major in international trade, business English or related major;

2, 1 year the foreign trade related field experience, through the alibaba platform for the customer experience, can deal with good English business correspondence;

3, Be well understand the process of import and export business, familiar with foreign trade import and export business links;

4 Be good at English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, skillfully use all kinds of office software;

5, Has the exhibition experience, presentable, familiar with business etiquette common sense.

6, Has good communication skills, coordination and executive ability, work prudence seriously, deal with fast and sharp, strong sense of responsibility.

7, Has experience in elevator industry is preferred
