职位描述：
工作职责：
1、协助完成公司行政事务及接待工作。
2、日常事务：来电接听，收发邮件，访客接待，协助出差员工预定酒店，机票或火车票等。
3、办公室环境管理：管理清洁工的卫生工作，保证办公室各个区域的整洁，管理好办公室绿化。
4、协助组织、准备公司各类会议、宴会活动。
5、协助完成行政工商类各项证照的办理。
6、办公室用品采购及管理、生日蛋糕采购等。
7、其他上级领导交办的事务。

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历；
2、2年以上相关工作经验；
3、性格活泼开朗，形象气质佳；
4、普通话标准，沟通理解能力较好；
