岗位描述:

1.根据预防性/预见性维修保养计划对所在区域设备定期进行维护检修.

2.负责抢修及排除所在区域设备的机械、电气，液压故障并恢复精度工作，确保设备安全正常运行。

3.负责在技术上指导生产现场的维修工完成设备简单的维修和保养工作.

4.负责新设备的安装、调试，根据规范实施验收。

5.协助上级进行备件控制，并设法减少设备停机。

6.协助上级进行设备改进。

7.不断学习以提高维修技能，并与班组成员分享，促进共同提高。

8.运用5S保证工作场所的清洁、整齐和有序。

9.积极完成上级分配的其他任务。

岗位资格要求

最高学历背景：机械或维修专业中技及以上学历，会注塑机操作优先.
