QC engineer

职位描述

工作责任：

1.负责对所有样品 进行结构检测，功能检测，并提供分析评估报告

2.根据产品目的国家要求 检查所有产品的认证证书和测试报告

3.负责验厂,成品终检和过程检验等质量控制

4.负责与工厂协商改进和提高产品质量管控

5.对产品质量或性能问题提出改进建议

6.与供应商，工厂建立并维护良好的关系

7.负责与第三方检验公司或实验室的合作

8.提供给同事必要的质量控制方面的培训

9.实验室设备维护及新设备的购买

10.领导交代的其他任务



职位要求

1.对英文无强制要求（懂英文者优先考虑）

2.在小家电行业 及 质量技术 岗位上有2-3年工作经验
（有电器工厂或大型测试机构 电器部门 工作经验的尤佳）

3.能适应多语言文化的工作环境，能在压力下工作

4.善于处理问题，善于提出解决方案

5.良好的团队合作精神

Duties and responsibilities

1) Perform construction tests, function check, evaluation tests and release tests on samples

2) Check documentation and certification for all products as needed for destination country

3) Perform several types of inspections: factory audits, pre shipment inspections,druing production check, etc…

4) Negotiate with factories how to improve products/manage production chain

5) Suggest technical solutions for products compliance or improvements

6) Establish good relationships with factories

7) Handle 3rd party inspection and test lab contracts

8) Provide training to colleagues

9) Contact lab equipment suppliers

10) Other task that is assigned by leader.

Profile

1. Knowing English is plus

2. At least 2-3 years working experience in the position and industry (experience working for manufacture or 3rd party lab is a plus)

3. Use to work in multi-cultural environment and handle well with pressure

4. Versatile and team player

5.Good team player

6.Good at solving problems and providing solution.
