职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES
？ Execute daily test requirement based on the test cases planned by the leader.
？ Create/Update the test cases according to the game functions and game areas.
？ Collaborate with the Level Artists validating the game design and/or level design.
？ Research the design documents and learn the testing tools.
？ Collaborate with the Engineers to check/verify/reproduce all crash/out of sync issues.
？ Execute the full testing to eliminate all show stoppers/major function issues in the responsible game areas via the reports/checklist.
？ Maintain the bug database and manage the bugs' status up to date.
？ Validate online game function and online menu flow according to the game design documents and HO’s feedback.
？ Execute the online massive testing to eliminate all major issues in the responsible game areas via the reports/checklist.
？ Develop and maintain testing procedure at performance, reliability, and other specific test operation.
？ Support the lead tester to execute the relevant test plan and organize the daily tests based on the milestone schedule.
？ Ensure production team get in time report on critical bugs before each milestone or breakthrough.
？ Coordinate with the internal/external QC studios carrying out all specific testing activities. (Localization, Online Service, Compatibility).
？ Always ensuring the game’s quality and timely release in mind.

？ Good knowledge on PC and consoles operations.
？ Good on documentation, conceives and writes test cases and plans.
？ Collaborate and communicate constructively in a friendly work environment.

PLUS
？ Passion for playing games.
？ 2+ years of experience in software or game development QA.
？ Experience in game development from concept to ship.
？ Experience working on FPS, multiplayer, and MMO titles.
？ Strong ability on bug identification & reproduction, maintain bug’s life circle.
？ Good experience on using bug tracking systems.
？ Willing to work under pressure.
？ Computer Science degree is a plus.

工作职责
？ 根据项目负责人安排的测试计划进行日常的测试工作
？ 根据游戏功能和特征创建和更新游戏测试用例
？ 与关卡美术师合作验证性能设计和关卡设计的有效性
？ 研究游戏设计文档并学习相关测试工具
？ 与测试工程师合作检查/验证/整理所有程序错误和不同步问题
？ 通过执行完整性测试消除所有进程阻塞/游戏性能问题，以实现报告和清单的要求
？ 维护bug数据库，对产品缺陷进行管理和状态更新
？ 根据游戏设计文档和HO的反馈验证在线游戏功能和在线菜单流
？ 通过执行在线大规模测试消除所负责游戏领域的重大问题，以实现报告和清单的要求
？ 开发和维护测试过程，执行性能、可靠性和其他特定领域的测试操作
？ 支持项目负责人执行相关测试计划，并根据时间安排表组织日常测试
？ 确保团队在每个时间节点或突破之前及时报告关键性错误
？ 协调内部/外部质量控制部门进行所有特定的测试活动（包括定位、在线服务、和兼容性测试）
？ 对游戏产品质量进行实时监控
