职位描述：
岗位职责：本岗位最重要的工作内容是接待来访客户，进行相关信息的登记，会有绩效奖金发放。目前招募应届生实习岗。
1、接待顾客来访咨询，解答上门顾客提出的各种问题；
2、通过电话、QQ等方式，跟进顾客购买意向，提供相应指导，促成订单；
3、为客户制定合理的服务套餐；
4、准确收集、统计、整理咨询数据，挖掘有效顾客信息；
5、制作、统计、汇总日常信息管理报表；
6、协助部门主管完善项目流程，承担日常管理工作；


任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，有在校教育培训行业、会所接待工作经验者优先；
2、熟练使用办公软件word、excel、ppt等，擅长使用数据分析软件、制图软件、报表软件者优先；
3、有责任心和团队意识，具有良好的沟通能力和应变力；
4、有较强的判断力、执行力、抗压力；
