Job summary:



This position is a critical role that helps drive the Industrial Scientific vision and culture in China, Singapore, Indonesia and India with additional countries as Industrial Scientific continues to grow. You will be part of a global team that values leadership, career development and delivering highest quality and best customer service every transaction, every time.


Qualifications Required:



· 5-10 years experience working in Human Resources touching on multiple specialties

· Bachelor's degree

· Knowledge of China policies and regulations as they relate to the Human Resources field

· Recruiting experience, including sourcing and interviewing for senior level positions

· Experience with HRIS administration

· Experience in talent management and training planning and execution

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to travel internationally (estimated 10-15%)



Qualifications Preferred:


· Knowledge of policies and regulations as they relate to the Human Resources field in the greater Asia Pacific region



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



Responsible for a wide range of management responsibilities including but not limited to:



Exemplify Industrial Scientific's values on a daily basis
Develop a best-in-class HR program that drives organizational success throughout the region
Lead a recruiting program that gives Industrial Scientific a clear people advantage
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Performance Management System
Provide coaching to Asia Pacific leaders as needed
Within the context of the overall company program, develop a talent management program that addresses succession planning, leadership development and high-potential employee development
Further develop and administer the employee training and development program
Oversee and administer compensation and benefits programs for the Asia Pacific region
