DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of appropriate working and testing processes and aspects of production lines at ISCAP.

• Set up a new production line; include process design, workstation arrangement & fixture design.
• Equipment Installation, trouble shooting & failure analysis
• Optimizing production efficient and productivity.
• Prepare BOM, WI & relevant production documents for engineering build & mass production.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Degree or tertiary education on engineering
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skill
• Good communication skill, good command of oral and written English
• Experience on product development from design concept to mass production
• Knowledge on Pro E or Soliderwork or equivalent
• DOE knowledge is higher preferred
• Experience on PFMEA
