Purpose of the Position:

? Ensure SandDisk RFF distribution quality, cost and SOP are clearly defined and optimized. Drive performance to achieve targets including leading the development and execution of continuous improvement projects.
确保RFF配送质量、成本及标准操作流程明确定义并最优化。通过持续改善项目的开发与执行来达成各项绩效目标。
? To support the manufacturing and business strategies through effective cross-functional collaboration and communication.
通过有效的跨部门沟通及协作，实现部门生产及经营目标。
? Take a lead on project management, e.g. factory automation and process re-engineering.
承担项目管理任务与职责，例如工厂自动化及流程再造项目。

Responsibilities:
岗位职责：
? Regular review of SOP and WI of SanDisk RFF distribution, to find out the process improvement opportunity and work out the solution on his/her own initiative, take a lead to accomplish all continuous improvement projects;
按时审查配送各标准操作流程与工作指导书，积极主动发现改善机会并提出解决方案，并领导项目小组最终完成项目。
? Effectively integrate and communicate with IT, Logistics, Import/Export, Forwarder, customer and other functions to realize business strategies and customer requirements;
与IT，物流，进出口，货代，客户及其他各部门有效合作及沟通，以配合公司经营策略与客户需求的实现。
? Plan and propose for proper resource allocations (e.g. EE) and flexibility to most effectively support current and future business strategies and customer requirements;
对于资源配置（如员工）提出合理计划与提案，以求最大程度上满足业务及客户需求。
? Drive operational excellence with using of data analysis tools and management models;
综合运用各种分析工具及管理模型，以求达成运营绩效最优化；
? Provide solution for cost reduction and control across-the-board, e.g. HC, productivity and material etc.;
为全方位的成本缩减及控制提出解决方案，如人员数，生产效率和材料等。
？ Provide solution for distribution automation development, and take a lead on project management.
为配送自动化的发展提出解决方案，并负责项目管理与实施。
？ Ensure up to date process documentation and compliance with Corporation policy and audit requirements.
