职位描述：
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Sales-Order Administration in SAP
        ->Spare Parts Sales
        ->Production Parts Sales
        ->Machine Sales
2.Prepare required documents and process customs clearance in Easy TMS for im-export
3.Communication with shipping representatives to ensure timely goods delivery
4.Customs Inspection Handling
5.Collect relevant documents regarding foreign currency payment
6.Maintain database of import-parts for customs clearance and tax refund
7.Other tasks assigned by functional leader
8.Support the business with L/C
9.Classify part's customs commodity code

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1.College degree or above in International Trade/Import and Export
2.Relevant certificate holder preferred
3.Mechanical and electrical import experience.
4.Very good MS-Office, especially Excel skills
5.SAP SD Module
6.Easy TMS
7.Strong coordination capability, good communication and team-working skills
