职位描述：
WestPoint Home is an US base company with more than 200 years history. Our Shanghai office is going through exciting growth in last 4 years. As a result we are now opening couple positions of senior merchandiser for our basic bedding, utility product and hospitality product line.

Responsibilities:
Work with our Product Development and Merchandising Teams in USA to understand their requirements
Source and develop the appropriate factories and product that can meet company and industry standards
Strong capability on prices negotiation
Communicate and cooperate with US team and Internal SHO team to ensure the product and factories can meet our social compliance and Quality quest.

Requirements:
*At least 8-9 years’ experience as Product development in the relevant category- basic bedding, utility product and hospitality product
*Strong factory base and knowledge of manufacturing
*Ability to share your technical knowledge with both teams in China and USA
*A passion for product and for bringing new & innovative products to our company
*Understand QA and testing requirements for relevant category
*Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
*Willing to travel throughout China
*Able to work under pressure
