National Sales Director, Greater China,
Enterprise Inkjet Systems Division





Reporting
to:



Regional Sales & Marketing Director,
Asia Paciifc Region, Enterprise Inkjet Systems Division





Territory:



Greater China (PRC, Taiwan & Hong Kong SAR)





Objectives:



Exceed Sales Unit, Revenue and Gross Margin
Targets as per the Annual Operating plan / Annual Commitment Plan





Sales Director Job
Responsibilities:



He/she will meet and
exceed sales objectives and product strategy objectives for selling Kodak
Enterprise Inkjet Systems Division (EISD) solutions by effectively designing
and executing national sales market attack plans; supervising regional sales
managers to meet targets and by being personally involved in the Selling & Marketing process.





Sales Director Job
Duties:



-Determines and achieves realistic annual unit sales
quota and gross-margin plans by implementing effective sales strategies,
analyzing trends and results, and adjusting strategies and plans as required.



-Defines sales
objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and
territories of Greater China; projecting expected sales volume, revenue and unit
gross profit, for existing and new products.



-Implements national
sales programs by developing field sales action and market segment attack plans.



-Maintains internal
Sales Tracking tools and platforms (such as Sales Force) and directs and
manages direct reports to adhere to the same processes.



-Maintains sales
volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with policies of the
division



-Establishes and
adjusts selling prices as per policy and direction from the business unit.



-Completes national
sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning is/her direct-report
employees to specific tasks, following up on work results in a timely and
efficient manner.



-Maintains national
sales staff excellence by guiding, training, mentoring, and orienting employees.



-Maintains national
sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning,
monitoring, and appraising job results.



-Maintains
professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;
participating in professional societies.



-Stays current with
changing market trends, economic indicators, and competitors’ in-market
activities.



-Maintains solid
industry association relationships and memberships, and advocacy of the Kodak
EISD strategy, successes and activities in the market.



-Contributes to team
effort and morale by working to the highest moral standards, within legal and
ethical guidelines at all times, setting an exemplary example for peers and
direct reports.



-Knows when to
recognize and pursue a profitable deal and when to walk away from unprofitable
deals and direct sales staff accordingly





Sales Director Experience,
Skills and Qualifications:





Experience:



-Demonstrable track
record of meeting sales goals,



-At least 5 to 10
years relevant industry experience



-At least 3 to 5 years
experience managing sales organisations



-Experience developing
budgets, forecasting
