职位描述：

Main responsibilities:

- maintaining office services by organizing operations and procedures

- managing the back-office of commercial operations

- managing bank accounts and keeping record of cash flow

- managing the logistics and trading operations

- supporting in controlling and reporting to headquarter

- keeping close relationship and supervision of outsourced accounting

- maintaining company's files and data according to local laws and regulations

- handling daily office work

Report: directly to the General Manager and Director

Mandatory requirements:

- chinese mother language

- bachelor's degree, preferred in business administration

- about 5 years working experience in administration department

- experience in small/medium foreign trading companies

- good business sense/understanding

- fluent in English, spoken and written;

- strong computer skills (MS office Word, Excel)

- independent, self-starter

- detail focused and well organized

Note: this is a role with 360° exposure and high external visibility, with interaction with high-standing counterparts and the head quarter in Italy. Therefore strong responsibility, maturity, professionalism and company loyalty are absolutely required.
