Job Description
European retailer is looking for a QC Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Team. The candidate will be located in Shanghai sourcing office and will report directly to Team Manager and Regional Manager.
The main responsibilities will be to follow, support and coordinate the workflow and priorities settled by Regional Manager.

Responsibilities include:
-Support the Quality Department team daily on administrative issues, such as quotations & schedule check, monthly invoice check, file management, reference & document updated, holiday arrangement, etc.
-Be an interface among headquarter, 3rd party (inspection & test) and SEA offices.
-Collaborate with sourcing teams on manpower solutions.
-Keep track of existing issues and work with teams to fix them
-Have sense on supply chain and work closely with functional team.

 Skills, Experience & Capability
Required Experience/skills:
-At least 2 year experience in an inspection company or sourcing office with a minimum of 1-year full-time in same position
-Good knowledge of quality control inspection and quality test procedures
-Have a stronger plan control and co-ordination capability.
-Good interpersonal skills and team work spirits
-Fluent in English is a MUST (oral & written)
-Preferably Spanish speaker (not compulsory)
-Motive, Analysis, Self-stud, well-organized and independent 举报 分享
