职位描述：
Responsibilities

? Compile the AP2107 documentation package, including the engine As Built records (VSL) and invite Airbus for the PW1100G-JM bare engine Buy Off.
? Resolve quality issues using P&W procedures and requirements while meeting Customer expectations. Raise Quality CARRs as required.
? Document Engine Non Conformities at the Airbus / UTAS Tianjin facility, raise report and suggest corrective actions.
? Discuss need of a concession with the Toulouse Quality Operations Manager and Quality Assurance Manager who will, if necessary, negotiate non-submittal of Concessions with Airbus, when submittal would not be in the best interests of P&W and Airbus.
? Originate Concession. Amass and assemble description and supporting technical documentation of the non-conformance(s) with the Design Responsible Party for presentation to Airbus and the Airline in a clear and precise format.
? Assure configuration documentation provided with engine reflects the actual configuration of the hardware and meet the requirements of the Airbus/P&W Configuration control Board (CCB).
? Cooperate with the on-site IAE/PW team for day to day tasks and with the Toulouse-Hamburg and Mobile teams.
? Support flight line technical and quality matters at the PW1100G-JM Tianjin operations.
? Screen records of all work performed in accordance with the IAE / P&W quality procedures using IAE provided IT.
? Manage PW1100G-JM tooling inventory and ensure continued validity.
? Maintain the engine documentation all along the Airbus flight line process.
? Manage Quarantine and Airbus damaged parts for Scrap.
? Complete the Airbus SAM database and issue to the IAE Tianjin office Quality team
? Support Continuous Improvement initiatives (ACE) and International Trade Compliance (ITC).



Skills competency

Quality Engineering
? Working knowledge of EASA and FAA regulatory requirements.
? Knowledge of Inspection, Document Control and Calibration Systems required
？ Engineering background, Turbofan engine proficiency.
？ Interpret data: drawings, engineering specifications and quality acceptance standards.
？ Understand the implications of raising concessions, raise concessions if required.
？ Influence engine to aircraft allocation based on quality status and customer sensitivities.
？ Prioritize issues with regards to supporting Airbus and Customer requirements.

Quality Assurance requirements
？ Quality Management System IAE QA 002, 003, 008 and 011.
？ Airbus Quality requirements as specified in the IQP.

Continuous Improvement
？ Filter information to identify Root Cause.
？ Coordinate Root Cause & Corrective Action & follow-up implementation.
？ Map and document local processes and seek opportunities for improvement.

上海普惠飞机发动机维修有限公司由中国东方航空公司与美国联合技术公司旗下的普惠公司合资，于2007年11月6日正式成立，并于2009年9月正式开始生产。合资公司已取得中国CAAC维修执照、美国FAA维修执照。

合资公司设立在上海青浦出口加工区内，是华东地区一家飞机发动机维修服务中心，主要维修CFM56-5B、CFM56-3、CFM56-7型发动机，并逐步扩展到其他型号发动机。经营范围具体着眼于发动机及其相关零部件的MRO服务的开发与提供，包括发动机的进厂、拆散、技术检查、零部件及维修的外包与采购、组装、大修后的发动机的测试和交付，以及与之相关的所有规范工程、数据管理和行政管理等。合资公司将立足于中国东方航空公司在役发动机的修理，同时积极拓展中国国内和亚太地区的第三方发动机修理市场。

公司目前拥有300名左右正式员工和75名学徒工人，其中工程师和技师都有着丰富的发动机修理经验。公司组织架构分为工程、生产、质量、物料、设备、财务、人事等部门。设施全面投产后，每年将大修300台发动机，拥有大约600-800名员工。

合资公司将成为亚太地区提供发动机MRO服务的普惠“优秀中心”， 一个从事CFM56高压压缩机叶片维修（“HPC”）的“优秀中心”。
